Sir Rod Stewart makes the best of self-isolation by tackling the clutter at his Los Angeles home.
The 75-year-old threw out old paint pots and other rubbish, saying: “Taking this time at home to have a clear-out of the garage.”
Other housebound stars turned to Lego – including Little Mix’s Jade Thirlwall, David Beckham and son Romeo, and John Torode of MasterChef.
Nicole Scherzinger exercised in the garden with boyfriend Thom Evans, while David Walliams had quality time with his dog Ernie.
The entire world may be slowing down, but that hasn’t stopped other celebrities from getting their sweat on.
While living in self-isolation, things can get pretty boring, and time can go by at a cripplingly low rate, meaning your mind can begin to play tricks on you.
But the royalty of the showbiz world have taken a step forward to tackle self-isolation boredom, by making sure to get some home workouts going.
Whether they’re fitting in some star-jumps in their living room, or lifting weights in their back garden, stars such as Chloe Sims, Ashley Graham and Eyal Brooker have been keeping busy getting fit.
Getting his sweat on from the floor of his living room, the handsome hunk guided his followers through his ‘simple’ plan.
During a video demonstration, he encouraged: “1. Mountain climbers, 2. Reverse Lunges with knee up, 3. Walk outs, 4. Plank jacks, 5. Drop squats.
“Try 40 seconds work 20 seconds rest. 3-5 rounds will get you a sweat on and feeling good. Save this for the weeks to come”.
Meanwhile, TOWIE star Chloe Sims took her stories to share her first workout without her personal trainer.
The blonde bombshell took to her back garden to get down and dirty while lifting some weight and doing some planks.
Chloe had to do three sets, with 15 reps, including leg raises on all fours for the core, one legged squats and tricep dips.
Ashley Graham has also inspired her followers to get fit during self isolation after sharing her fun workouts online.
The model and new mum shared her hilarious dance routine and urged fans to find the fun way to exercise, adding that it doesn’t have to be boring or painful.
